Automatic plans tailored to each conversation

Users can now generate a personalised action plan at any point during a conversation. Ask:Enact analyses the answers captured, suggests the most relevant suggested services, and assembles guidance that can be downloaded to a device and shared.

Built with partner feedback

Having your conversation and advice stored in the app is great, but having the ability to share it is greater still. Feedback from very early testing suggested that sometimes you need to take the advice away, pass it on the person you are supporting, or copy it in to your notes at a later date. So now you can with just a click of a button, sometimes the simplest solutions bring the greatest impacts.
